...in terms Rick, of that 'can' is half-full, or half-empty, it's more like now 'it just ain't'...thanks for fkn up my afternoon btw...🤗🤔🤗...😀... 'cause i' m goin to be thinking 'bout it...my comment has no meaning other than it's the first thought came into my head as i've read nearly all of this, a fkn light went out in me, as i reached the point in the article when... 🫵...crushed it's existence into something of more of an abstraction!...😀...it's interesting u remember some of those episodes u recall...my sense of many people today in Eire, don't forget the fada over the capitalized E, is that they don't draw, or are sadly incapable of drawing analogies in any meaningfully abstract sense encompassing the realities of life!....
Hey Gerry, can half empty/half full becomes no can. I hadn't even looked at it that way. Everywhere I go and in almost everything I see there's some kind of life analogy in it, if you're looking that is...too much of that can drive a man mad!
... and not enough of it ensures outright insanity?...i'll have to think about it the half, half equals nothing idea?! ...i meant from the perspective of it's being crushed, and negating that one among it's capacities in terms of possible function...also one valid thought perhaps may constitutes our remaining and 'being present in the flow', 'cause perhaps that' sense of transcends the variable status of the contents (quantity) in the can? ...being assimilated to, and in the flow is tending towards the 'supramundane' (talking about this with someone yesterday (he...😀..., naturally, had never heard of!) ...and at the very least, ought to provide us a relative view of the physical realities...fk it Rick, i'd say the next time we encounter a can, probably soon today, we'll both pause in considerations of our possible enlightment and shrink from the possible horrors attending either of us, renewing in ur case, such intimate associations concerning our entering upon complications with a can!... 😂...(edit: btw Rick, i don't know if u've come across CoreysDigs, however they've generously made their Solution Series freely available recently, i hope u share... https://www.coreysdigs.com/the-solution-series/ ...Corey's definitely worthy of a podcast, she's a mine of knowledge and intelligence, if she'd be interested, she has such a great and delightful voice...)!.
Great comment Gerry, don’t know Corey, will have a look. Also, a flattened can can have other uses that it was never intended for. And flattening it makes it denser so for example, it could be thrown further, frisbee style than if it retained its original shape. So crushing could lead to something travelling further and faster. Also has human applications.
... u possess an in depth knowledge and apparently experience in this unheralded field that I seem to lack...seriously good points Rick!...i'm glad that u'll check out the link!...im intending to catch the Iain Davis interview over the coming days, stay safe!...
